• Founded Bay Area Lava to deliver an elite AAU program in the Tri Valley Area

• Instill the willingness to compete

• Develop athlete maturity on and off the court

• Provide disciplined coaching in practice, resulting in game execution

• Challenge athletes to push beyond their comfort zones

• Generate and maintain a strong work ethic

• Emphasize Man to Man defense

Coaching and Playing Experience

• Participated in AAU basketball in the Los Angeles area

• Competed at Oak Park High School

• Established Bay Area Lava Elite Summer Camp

• 7 years of AAU coaching experience in the Bay Area

• 5 Years CYO Coach for CCOP:

  • 2022: Won 8th Grade National Division Championship.

  • American Coach for multiple grade levels
